Along with the sporting development, rugby teaches core values: respect, teamwork, hard work and discipline. Rugby helps install values and behaviours in the next generation of children which will remain with them for the rest of their life. We work with the local community at popular events to again draw in participation from the younger generation and offer tasters in skills and rugby development.
